Convenient. Clean. Comfortable. Shuttle was great to Winstar. Water too soft. Room too dark. Some kind of funny padding on bed? Breakfast fairly good. I thought room was overpriced but think they charged more for popular concert that evening. Missed having cookies.

Tammy was the absolute nicest person I've ever met at a hotel. We were stressed, had driven 3 hours and found out our other hotel had cancelled us. She got us a room and made me relax and feel so much better!!! Our room was clean and the free breakfast was great!!!
