Oh and you are only allowed either one ceiling fan or one light fixture for the two bedrooms and living room. If you want them in the other rooms you have to pay for them. And they stay in the apartment when you leave. We picked a ceiling fan for the living room. We bought floor fans for the bedrooms but still no lights in there. So ridiculous

We have been in the apartment since February and it's been nothing but problems. There's no sound barrier between the upstairs and downstairs apartments. You will hear every single noise they make upstairs.

The office stuff is so understanding and so polite. Thanks to the lady behind the dest and Jesica the manager you guys are awesome.

The apartments are really nice on the inside. You just have to put up with noise and nasty hallways. Too expensive for what you get. Can't wait till our lease is up.

Hardly anyone picks up after their dogs either. Not the fault of the office. They can't catch them if they don't see them. But if you report something broken it does get fixed pretty quick.

The hallways are awful. Pics posted. My suggestion is that if you are wanting to live here ask to see the actual apartment you will be in. If you can't see it be sure to check out any of the buildings other than the two in front. Those are in mint condition. Check out where YOU will be living. They just put in all new landscaping today but say that a new power washer power washer to clean the nasty hallways is not in the budget.

Very nice apartments, but called to give my 30 day notice the month before our lease was up but was told we didn't need to(when we were told we needed to when we signed the lease). Just told me we didn't have to sign another lease, so I just prepared to move out that month since our lease was up! An went into the office a few days before we moved out to remind them, an was told we had never gave them the 30 day notice after I was told we didn't have to but never got the lady's name that told me so was forced to pay a extra month! Then 3 months down the road after I was moved out got a call from a bill collector saying I owed them money for cleaning an damages to the apartment, never once called me or mailed me about this or anything when they had all my information. Couldn't pay me enough to ever stay here again. Plus bedrooms have no lights.

My husband and I moved here 3 months ago after selling our house of 30 years. We are soooo happy here. We have had 3 maint. issues and they have been here immediately to fix the problems. These are beautiful apartments and very well maintained. Love the people who work in the office. A very safe and comfortable place to live

This is the most manipulative and deceiving office staff you will ever have to deal with, with an apartment complex. A person, I'm not sure who, broke into my apartment and I was led to believe I was being let out of my lease for safety reasons. I sent certified mail listing my specifications of being released, to make sure I wouldn't get screwed over like they did my friends before, but they still did, after I moved out like the snakes they are. I checked my mail before dropping off the keys, nothing but junk, and spoke to the ladies in there at the time and they basically said sorry about everything. A couple weeks later, already moved out, they send me a letter in the mail saying I owe 7 more dollars, which was fine. The letter also mentioned that I was let out of the lease for not following the rules, which was not fine. I called the complex and asked about it and apparently they thought there was "potential drug activity" and that's why I was let out of my lease with no penalties. First of all, how come I was never informed of this until after I moved out? Second, I'm 6 1/2 months pregnant, there was no drugs whatsoever in or around my apartment, but lastly why on earth would you let someone out of a lease with no penalties if there hypothetically was drug activity going on? 0/10, would not even recommend my worst enemy to move into these apartments. They told me the next apartment complex "probably" won't ask, so it shouldn't be a problem, but that's not a risk I'm willing to take. I will be going to court to get rid of those false accusations so that I can make sure there will be no trouble finding my next place. I'm sure it'll go great, considering my friends who lived there before just went to court and won for ridiculous fines from them. Do NOT move here!!!
