The night staff was very unsanitary, very disorganized, disrespectful to customers.

unbelievable how customers are spoke too.

You expect grease when you are eating this type of food but the fish was inedible it was so greasy, obviously the heat is not high enough because the batter and the fish, chicken and shrimp were swimming in grease, made us sick couldn't finish it, and the fact that it was not that busy, even though it was a concert night, friday, and holiday weekend should have told us what we were in for, after a 30 minute wait to get our grease we took a couple bites and that was it. Also move the ice around the beers you are selling, when you have to get ice from the soda machine because your beer is warm then thats not a good thing, especially for what they charge at this place.

I would not eat here ever again and thanks to them we will not be back to this casino because no one was willing to help our listen to our concerns.

Nothing special. Cheap ingredients, plain food, bad service. They didn't bring our food the first time made. the lady who was delivering the food to the tables walked around with our food and didn't bother to ask if it was ours. We asked her if that was ours and she said no. Even looked at our receipt. Took it back to the Kitchen and after 20 minutes had gone by we asked someone else and they said that that was our food but it was already cold so they made us new ones. it took another 15 minutes to get our food. They didn't offer to come for me or anything. We asked them if they were going to do something for making us wait so long for a food and they said that the best they can do is bring a dessert which was awful. Coleslaw was nasty too. Burger needed seasonings, cod was cheap quality.

The fish, shrimp, and chicken are all absolutely amazing! The only downside is that their french fries are horrible. They are super greasy, soggy, and mushy. It sucks when half your plate has this soggy mess that's basically if french fries tried to be spaghetti. The staff is nice and the other items are good so I'd go back for that.

So we spoke to management and all they could say was sorry but this is how our food is being served at this time .

this casino was a great experience until my husband and I decided to eat at the chips n ales.

Our food was cold by the time we received it.

Usually the food at WinStar varies between fair and poor. This place tho is the Bomb-Diggity! A little greasy but worth it. The decor is what you would expect to find in a english pub and yes they do serve beer there, but they are proud of it. I am looking forward to dining here again when i return to the casino.
